This gives patients a consistent, convenient option to stop in and learn more about their eye health throughout the year.
Supporting Our Seacoast Communities
We proudly serve patients from across the Seacoast, including Portsmouth, Dover, Exeter, Hampton, and Rye, along with many surrounding towns in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
These outreach efforts are part of our commitment to making eye health awareness simple, accessible, and part of everyday wellness.
What These Readings Are (and Are Not)
Carotenoid readings are a quick, non-invasive screening that provide insight into how nutrition may support eye health.
These are not a full medical eye exam, but they can be a helpful starting point. If anything appears concerning, we guide patients on next steps and refer to specialists when needed.
Why It Matters
Carotenoids—found in leafy greens and colorful vegetables—play an important role in long-term eye health. Measuring these levels can help patients better understand how lifestyle choices support their vision.
During your visit, our team will:
- Perform a quick reading
- Explain your results
- Answer general eye health questions
