Fox Run Eye Care continues to grow with purpose—and people are at the center of that growth. As the practice marks its first anniversary in Greenland, New Hampshire, we are proud to share an important milestone: the expansion of our optical team with dedicated leadership focused on elevating the patient experience.
As part of this growth, Fox Run Eye Care is welcoming its new Optical Manager, Paul Quitadamo, ABOC, NH RDO, who officially begins the role on January 19, 2026, further strengthening day-to-day optical leadership and patient experience.
From Big-Box Optometry to Independent Vision Care
Before opening her independent practice, Dr. Amy Catalano Boyer spent more than two decades practicing optometry next to LensCrafters at the Fox Run Mall in Newington, NH. That experience provided deep insight into high-volume optical systems, patient flow, and the importance of efficiency—but it also highlighted the limitations of corporate care.
As the Fox Run Mall undergoes major renovation and transformation, Dr. Boyer’s journey has come full circle. In Greenland—just a five-minute drive from Portsmouth, NH—she has built an independent practice rooted in personalized care, continuity, and community connection.
One Year Independent—and Moving Forward
Now celebrating one year in her own practice, Dr. Boyer has created a space where optometry and optics work seamlessly together. Fox Run Eye Care was designed to bring eye exams and a full-service optical shop under one roof, allowing patients to move easily from exam room to frame selection with a team that communicates and collaborates.
This integrated approach is not accidental—it reflects decades of experience and a clear vision for how modern eye care should feel.
Strengthening the Optical Team
To support continued growth, Fox Run Eye Care has expanded its optical leadership with Paul Quitadamo, Optical Manager and licensed optician (ABOC, NH RDO). Paul brings extensive experience in eyewear selection, advanced lens solutions, and optical operations, ensuring patients receive knowledgeable guidance and consistent service.
He works alongside a skilled optical team that includes registered dispensing opticians Stephanie Cochran and Colin McPhillips, who are known for their attention to detail, patient education, and personalized styling support.
